As a solo operator, this helps offset the additional time and costs involved in providing service during holiday hours. Thank you for your understanding and continued support!

No-Call/No-Show Policy

No-Call/No-Show Policy To respect the value of time and appointments, a $13 surcharge will be added to any future services if a client misses an appointment without calling or showing up. All appointments are canceled after 10 minutes. As a solo stylist, missed appointments directly impact my schedule and income. I truly appreciate your understanding and support in helping me provide the best service possible for all clients.
